Medical experts rally to help a child and her anxious family.

The film both highlights the problems of cleft lip and other congenital deformities, and also tells the dramatic story of a person risking his life to help those in need.

More cyclists are needed for a charity ride taking place at 8 a.m. on Saturday Sept. 15 at the Lions Arena, 42490 N. Kaweah River Dr., Three Rivers. The event will help raise money for Smile Train. At the same time the event is hoping to break the Guinness Book of Records mark for largest bike gathering.
